Monitoring Student Progress & Grades
Online School (OLS)
It is important the learning coach and student accounts are setup prior to the first day of school and students are able to access their Online School account and Blackboard Classroom live sessions.
EMAIL (Gmail and O365)
Please visit the Attendance page for the Agora Cyber Charter School’s Attendance Policy. It is the responsibility of the parent and/or Learning Coach to ensure the student attends school every school day. If a student is absent from school it is the responsibility of the parent and/or Leaning Coach to notify the Attendance Office. Sapphire Community Web Portal
The Sapphire Community Web Portal is a web based program that allows Agora families to securely access student information. This paperless option includes the following for Middle School students: class schedule, calendar, quarterly report cards, assessments and gradebook. All new students and learning coaches are provided directions to create and navigate their Sapphire account during the Strong Start Orientation Program occurring the first week of school.
